S. Spence, Sr. is the co-author of two
poetry books,

Thoughts for the Mind, Body and Soul
(2005), and
Trilogy Moments for the Mind, Body and
Soul (2006), Winner of
The 2009 Best
Christian Poetry Book Award from
ChristianStoryTeller.com. He invented
the
Epulaeryu and
Seventh Heaven poetry forms and is
published in various forums including:
Word
Catalyst
Magazine,
Harvest of New Millennium Journal,
Joyful Magazine, Taj Mahal Review, The
Phoenix Magazine, Möbius
Poetry,
The Rubicon, and World Haiku
Association. Joseph is a
Goodwill Ambassador for the State of
Arkansas, a military veteran, college
adjunct faculty, and resides in
Wisconsin.

Based on his
world travels, Joseph has insured that
parts of this book of haiku poems and
thoughts are translated in seven
different languages from around the
world. The language
translations will allow individuals who
are not proficient in English to read
the text in their own language for their
knowledge and upliftment. This
will motivate and enable them to share
their experience with other so they too
will be able to read and meditate on the
words of enlightenment in a manner of
mindfulness.
